Baahubali: The Conclusion (English: The One With Strong Arms) is an upcoming Indian epic historical fiction film directed by S. S. Rajamouli. It is the continuation of Baahubali: The Beginning. Initially, both parts were jointly produced on a budget of ₹2.5 billion (US$37 million), however the budget of the second part was increased later.Baahubali: The Conclusion has made ₹5 billion (US$74 million) before release. The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 28 April 2017.

Production

Baahubali: The Conclusion is being produced in Tollywood, the center of Telugu language films in India based out of Hyderabad, however it is being filmed in both Telugu and Tamil languages simultaneously. The film series is touted to be the most expensive in India till date. The screen writer, K. V. Vijayendra Prasad who wrote stories for most of Rajamouli's films once again penned the story for Baahubali. R.C.Kamalakannan is chosen as visual effects supervisor and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the Editor. PM Satheesh is the sound designer and Peter Hein is responsible for the action sequences. The costume designers are Rama Rajamouli and Prasanth Tripuraneni. The line producer is M.M Srivalli. The film shooting started on 17 December 2015 at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad with Prabhas and Ramya Krishna.

Casting

Prabhas was cast as main lead of the film. Anushka Shetty was cast as the heroine of the film as she was also a part of Mirchi (2013). She coincidentally became the first heroine Rajamouli repeated in his films and thus made her schedules full for 2013 and 2014.Rana Daggubati was recruited as the antagonist of the film and coincidentally he was also a part of Rudhramadevi.Sathyaraj signed the film.

Kannada actor Sudeep was picked for a small role in the film. He shot for four days in July 2013 for the film and had to fight with Sathyaraj in a stunt sequence choreographed by Peter Hein. In April 2013, Adivi Sesh was cast for a crucial role in the film as Rajamouli was impressed by his work in the Panjaa (2011). Actress Ramya Krishnan was chosen to play the crucial role in the film as Rajamatha in August 2013. Actor Nassar was selected to play a supporting role. Charandeep was selected to play the brother of the film's chief villain.On 20 December 2013 a press release stated that Tamannaah will be second heroine of the film which marks her first collaboration with Rajamouli and second collaboration with Prabhas. Meka Ramakrishna was picked for the head of the Kuntala guerillas.

Story: Amarendra Baahubali (Prabhas), Bhallala Deva (Rana) both love Devasena (Anushka). But, Devasena likes Amarendra Baahubali. Baahubali’s love is not accepted by mother. So, Baahubali leaves the kingdom for the sake of his love. Devasena and Baahubali spend happy life together.

Meanwhile, Bhallala Deva treats the people of Mahishmati as slaves and people shows their discomfort on Bhallala Deva. So, Kalakeya brother (Charan Deep) announces war on Mahishmati. Baahubali comes to know the fact that Bhallala Deva is losing his power, so, Amarendra Baahubali enters into the scene.

But, unfortunately, Baahubali loses his life as Bhallala Deva and Bijjaladeva Deva join together with Kattapa. At the same time, Devasena gives birth to a baby boy.

Sivagami (Ramya Krishna) saves the baby boy and he grows up as a tribal boy. With this, the flashback episode completes. Now, Shivudu (Prabhas) along with Avanthika (Tamanna) fights with Bhallala Deva and finally, they kill him and Shivudu gains his kingdom. With this, second part also completes.

Bahubali 2 movie story LEAKED; mystery why Kattappa killed Baahubali solved

This has to be the biggest news for all the Bahubali fans out there that have been desperately waiting for the coming of Bahubali 2.

The sequel of SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus epic drama Bahubali: The Beginning has got a release date finally. Fans are going gaga over the news but the only drawback is that the wait for Bahubali 2 is quite long. The Prabas and Anushka Shetty starrer will not release on the silver screens before April 2017 fans. The film is yet to go on floors and the most unfortunate incident has happened with the upcoming sequel of Bahubali. The story of the film apparently got leaked on social media and is being circulated virally. The secret behind the killing of Bahubali at the hands of Kattappa, which became the crux of Bahubali: The Beginning was leaked online. The main plot of Bahubali 2, which will be titled as Bahubali: The Conclusion is now solved. Fans of the film are sharing the storyline of Prabhas, Tamannaah, Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati and Sathyaraj starrer everywhere.

According to message being circulated on WhatsApp about the story of Bahubali 2, the infamous mystery of why Kattappa killed Bahubali is answered. Bahubali had left the viewers hanging with their open climax and ardent fans were desperate to find the answer. Since the sequel would take time to release, they couldn’t contain their excitement for the film. A number of speculative stories suggesting the possible reasons why Kattappa could have killed Bahubali started making rounds of the news arena. Although, none of the answers looked convincing, these stories satiated the growing urge in fans.

The leaked story of Bahubali 2 says that Kattappa (played by Sathyaraj) is loyal army chief of Mahishmati kingdom. Kattappa’s ancestors have sworn to obey the orders of the Mahishpati king. Not just Kattappa, but everyone born in this kingdom be it his ancestors or the generations that would follow are meant to serve the Mahishmati royals.

Once Bahubali becomes the emperor of the kingdom, he falls in love with certain Devasena (played by Anushka Shetty). The twist in the tale is that Bhallala Deva (played by Rana Daggubati) is also in love with Devasena. According to the instructions of Rajmata Shivagami (played by Ramya Krishnan), whoever marries Devasena will have to leave the empire and will be exiled. Bahubali agrees to this condition and decides to marry Devasena and leave Mahishmati kingdom.

Once Bahubali departs the kingdom, it comes under the attack of son of Kalakeya King, which forces Bahubali to return Mahishmati and save his kingdom. This drastic change of scenario sparks fear in Bhallala Deva, who thinks Rajmata will give reins back to Bahubali. Then, Bhallala Deva orders Kattappa to kill Bahubali. Kattappa, who is under the oath of obeying the king’s order does what is told.

Well, this story line looks quite viable but it has to be seen if the makers actually present it when Bahubali: The Conclusion hits theatres in early 2016. In the modern period of Indian cinema, there have only been handful of movies that have got the audiences hooked up to it much after they have left the theatres. In the age where the success of movies is measured through the crore clubs it enters as opposed to longevity, as was it the times gone by, Bahubali has managed to strike the right chords of its audiences and weaved magic with its story and visual effects.
